Where can I go to find a specific spending limit on a credit card?

I am basically a dinosaur when it comes to credit cards. I know I can get one, however what I am looking for only yield the exact opposite results on searches. I am looking for a card with a preset spending limit between $100 and $300. I do not want airline miles or points or cash back I just want a basic visa or mastercard that I can use for paying small bills online that has a spending limit I can pay off in a single paycheck.
