How do you handle someone who gets too close for comfort and mocks you?

At the church I attend, there's some Asians who frequently come to the services. Last night at the service, one of the Asian ladies was constantly leaning on me or poking at me, and grabbing and holding onto my hand. This was a bit disturbing but I've seen how Asians are pretty physically affectionate towards members of the same . I gave her the benefit of the doubt on that note. Later on though we were at someone's house and eating. I was trying to speak to one of the Asians in their language, as I've been learning it. It was as though I couldn't say anything without this woman mocking the way I said something. I know she said something demeaning towards me by the expression on her husbands face towards her after she had said it. How would you suggest I handle myself in these situations?
