How can I get my poodle to be less stressed?

I adopted Izzy about 5 months ago she is a 3 lb poodle. When I brought her home she was such a happy carefree dog. Now I am going through a divorce and in the last 2 months i have bounced from my dads to my moms and I am just now getting a place on my own (have to fix it up first) but she seems so stressed out all the time. She shakes unless she is in my lap or right beside me. And I am pretty sure she had a seizure today. I called the vet and said no need to bring her in unless it happens again.... I just don't know what to do. I hate seeing my baby in distress.
