Those pesky knomes and garden fairies! HELP!?

I'm absolutely at my wits end! After months of trouble with these critters the final straw was last night, at 3am the knomes were only having a pool party in my pond with the fairies! The knomes were acting like little pimps and had the fairies were like little s gyrating on their toadstools! Obviously this behavior is completely unacceptable. I've had several complaints off neighbours and I just don't know what to do?
