HELP!! project on Drugs and i don't know what Drug to choose!?

I need to choose a Drug and do a powerpoint all about it and he said you should have some type of activity to do with it. Like a handout or something. help please. also web sites with lots of drug information would be helpful! and any knowledge you have about drugs!!
