CRT color tv vertical section problem?

If---and only if --- you're familiar with using a soldering iron. Resolder the vertical output IC and replace the 100mf/50v capacitor right next to it. The IC should be a 7 pin device mounteded on a heatsink usually 1.5 inches wide by 2 inches tall. There may be other issues in the vertical circuit but thats the first thing I'd do with it on my bench before anything else
