Why does'nt Andre Bierdens get any credit.Great rebounder hustles, and very young?

It's because he's outshined by other players on a bad team. Everyone looks at Captain Jack as the team captain and best player, Monte Ellis as the on of the fastest players in the league, and other players as only scoring devices. Bierdens doesn't get credit because other teams score easily in the paint and that's blamed on Andre playing bad defense. He'll get his credit when GSW locks down on defense and they gey more size in the paint.
