I missed House! How can I catch up?

I'm a House fan. But I had to work last night. How can I catch up with the episode. I know they play reruns--but it's two weeks behind. I went to the Fox website but they have full length episodes for everything but House! I know I could get DVR and Tivo...but that won't help me in the short run. I'm thinking of getting that for next week--but I really want to see what happened last night. Any ideas? Is there another way to catch the episode?
