COLORADO CHILD ABANDONMENT AND EMANCIPATION?

I am almost 17 years of age. My parent left me in the state of Colorado and moved away. I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself and have been for awhile with the help of my fiance. She abandoned me, yet refuses to emancipate me by marriage. The only two ways you can emancipate in Colorado is by marriage or military. I defintily do not want to join the military. Is there a way I can be emancipated without parent approval if she commited a crime by child abandonment? Please help I really need answers. Thanks
