Anyone think that voting machines ARE rigged? What happened In NH?Can't we have tamper proof voting machines

Someone said that Obama's polls always fall somewhat short of the supposed actual votes by10+ %. Isn't that odd? Was it NH that did not make sense at all by an even wider margin??I used to think people who discussed this were way off, but now I'm afraid they might be right??
